Operational and scientific knowledge that does not belong in the README:
architecture and why the pieces sit where they do, the pipeline and variant
identity, the three execution backends, Argo and the GitOps loop, Terraform
and cost, local development, data provenance, the ranking and its abstention
rule, both benchmarks with their caveats, testing and CI, deployments
including Railway's constraints, a Gotchas page, and a Roadmap that states
the known gaps rather than hiding them.
Every number came from a run in the repository and names the command that
reproduces it.
